Prepared Maps
Various GIS personnel within the City of High Point produce maps that are available for viewing and download. The documents have been made available online because they represent a sample of maps readily available to departments within the city. This service is not, however, meant to display a comprehensive list of maps produced using our GIS. Feel free to e-mail the GIServices to inquire about what other prepared maps may be readily available.
Most of these files were created for printing on a wide-format plotter with a large amount of memory. The City of High Point apologizes for any inconveniences experienced resulting from the use of incompatible equipment.
The documents are available in Adobe Portable Document (PDF) format. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Viewer software to view and print these documents. Some of these PDF files require the latest Acrobat Version 8.
Street Maps:
The official Street Name map is a general-purpose map showing street centerlines, as well as city facilities. This map graces the walls of many city departments.
